Washer/Dryer Combo's
So we're going to get a washer/dryer in one thing. Any of you guys had luck with good brands? Yes---I realize dry time is horrendous. But consider the alternatives.

The user guide for our Splendide says it can wash 15 pounds and dry 11. That's a lot more than just the clothes you wore yesterday. We can wash and dry a set of queen sheets and pillowcases, or all the towels we are currently using, etc. We often do wash clothes at least every other day to keep from having too much wash building up, but that's just as much because we hate seeing a pile of dirty clothes.
