Washer/Dryer Combo's
So we're going to get a washer/dryer in one thing. Any of you guys had luck with good brands? Yes---I realize dry time is horrendous. But consider the alternatives.

It won't go up at all most of the time as electric is normally included in anything less then monthly rent.
