UGHH!! No one provides service, I swear. PFfttt...How hard is it to install a vent yourself? I mean, I personally won't be doing it. My bf will. He has a metabo. I'm sure he can get like the little circle thinggy to cut the hole. This is very frustrating. Now I'm thinking I just wasting money buying the washer/dryer.
