"It will take a very very (!) long time to dry most anything using only the 110v in the trailer"....
as others have said, this is incorrect and really, without personal experience....what is the comment worth ? Our Whirlpool 110V dryer has performed flawlessly since 4/06, fulltime. We have not experienced an abnormal dry time. Sure it draws less power, but it still gets hot.

I just measured the vent output of my '06 110V Whirlpool: 122 degrees, not that much different than 220V.
If you are looking for someone to come to you, look for "mobile RV repair" The most difficult part is locating the proper place to cut the hole for the vent.
