waste tote

I've got a 25 gal Barker Blue and even laying it on it's side you can't empty it. Speaking of towing it mine came off the hitch one time and if it hadn't of caught on the sway ball it would have run down hill into a bunch of tenters. So now I use a farm type of hookup on it don't remember what it's called but it's a loop that goes through the handle and is pinned into an eye that goes into the hitch.
