Which waste tank valves are stuck open?
IF both are the grey/galley ones then not a real issue.
BUT if one of the two is for the black tank........BIG ISSUE.
With it stuck OPEN liquids run right out but poop/TP stays behind. Builds up into a POOP PYRAMID (ever look down into a vault toilet/outhouse---big mound directly under toilet seat). That is what will build up inside your black tank.
Black tank valve needs to be CLOSED until tank is full...then opened and dumped. That way you have a high liquid to solid so the liquids can carry the solids out. (Just like a high flowing river carries boulders downstream.....a little tiny flowing creek can't move a pebble)
You can immediately fix that issue.....just install an additional drain valve on the common 3" drain line just cut line into and glue new drain valve flanges in with another valve. IF connected to sewer system with regular RV sewer hose you can also just use a 'twist' on valve
Tank Level indicators.........notoriously junk. False readings, no readings, inaccurate readings.
Your posted levels indicate:
KIT....FULL (All Levels lit)
Gray...EMPTY ('E' only lit)
Black..FULL (ALL Levels lit)
