I can't see any way resolve all these issues without pulling down the under belly on both sides of the cross member. It's lagged into the longitudinal I-beams and the cross member. Should be able to avoid cutting up the membrane by removing the fasteners. Have to release and hold the gas line feeding the stove as it routed along and fastened to the bottom of the the I-beam along with the membrane.
Be back when I've had a look everything hidden by the underbelly.
