Contacted NuWa. Found a good video about the valves.

Was advised that no as-built drawings are available for the tanks, plumbing, and valve placements. Hence I had to drop two of the under-belly panels just to see. Indeed, must be dropped to to ANY maint!

Disassembly of valves provides access to upstream and downstream inspection and clearance of blockages. If, as I suspect, the gate is only partially open I can force it open and clear any blockage. Seal integrity will not be an issue the this RV is not going on the road in the foreseeable future. But I'll probably install a new set. Really whole thing, calbe and all be should be replaced as the handle mounting has broken where the cable penetrates an I-Beam. The threaded anchor hardware is plastic! ****. Should have been steel. Replacements are steel... Price will determine action.
