Water condensation in belly?
I'm hoping it is just water condensation, but I have noticed that after our camper has been sitting for a while, when I pull it onto our road, facing downhill, water runs out from the belly of the cam...

I mentioned checking for leaks earlier....the other thing one might look at, depending on where the OP's is located, would be to check all connections at their hot water heater, if located forward near point where it could leak into the basement.
