Water hose size
Does it really make any difference whether to use 5/8 or 1/2 " for the hose size to the FW? Thank"s Larry

You are still going down from 5/8" hose to 1/2" pex so there's no difference in volume. the 1/2" pex can only support so much volume. If you hooked a 2" hose to the rig, same affect. The 1/2" pex is only going to allow so much water through.
