Water in AC vent.

A small amount of water is dripping from AC vent. Seems to be normal drip on out side.
I have not had this problem in the past. Thank You.
  • If AC drips when raining - try tightening the 4 bolts. If AC only drips when running then chances are the drain holes in the pan which collects condensation from the evaporator coil have plugged up - need to clean them out.
  • My ac has loosened up twice, removed inside trim tightened four screw no problem.
  • That Cajun heat may have cooked your air conditioner gasket although your 5er seems too young for that to happen. Get on the roof, pull the cover and look for blockages.
