Water leak

Leaking shower enclosure or shower pan? In our new TT, found water on floor under bath sink that ran under exterior wall and was dripping on the ground through a floor penetration made by a screw that fastened the exterior wall to the floor. Took about an hour of careful observation and wife aiming shower head at different parts of the shower enclosure to locate the source of the leak, which was a combination of poor seal of gasket in shower enclosure frame, and no caulking in the seam created where the ABS wall panels meet the shower pan.

Glad you found it. Seems like easy fix.

It was the sink lines going to the faucet. both hot and cold lines were dripping.

So if the shower is on a common wall (back to back?) with the sink where the wet spot is found? If the shower handle is on that same common wall, check the shower faucet. May have to look for a plate in the medicine cabinet over the sink or on the wall above the sink at the shower faucet level. One or our trailers had the shower faucet fail and out access panel was in a pantry in the kitchen (shower wall was shared with the forward kitchen wall). Replaced the faucet assembly and all was right with the world again.

Shower on and handset switch turned off? Then the pump will cycle to make up for the slow dribble from the handset. I would guess this would be the best time for a leak to occur.

The mystery is that day #2 shower the only wet place was the towel on the shelf that is up off the deck. A shower pan leak would stay on the floor level not run up on a shelf. I will be checking out the vent tomorrow. Looks like i may have to bite the bullet and pay the pros to look at it. I just hope i dont have to go back 10 times....

When you tested with the shower ON...pump ON where you IN the shower?

Did you move the shower head around putting tension/pressure on the hose and connection on faucet.

Had water that would run out from under bathroom sink and couldn't find it.......then realized shower faucet was cracked...cheap plastic internals......and would leak when I was using shower head because of the tension hose placed on faucet while I was moving it around.

Air test is OK IF you can get to each place.......water is more visible. Maybe some food grade dye in fresh water tank?

I think you have something that is a very easy fix, once problem is found. And that is the hard part.
Ideas...get on top, see any blockage with exterior of vent? remove vent cover, see any blockage? Tie some kind of weight on a string (nut or bolt or fishing sinker) and drop down vent tube, see if it goes down vent tube all the way or you can measure where vent is plugged up at. If vent tube is clear it should drain OK. If vent tube became disconnected, you would be water out of hole vent tube "was" in the tank somewhere and not in bathroom. But you could have entirely different set up than mine. If you have good ears push air thru line , probably can't get over 40-45 psi by design. Listen for hissing noise.
I know sort of what you're going thru. My bath sink drain was real slow, so I cleaned out the P trap. Thought P trap had to be the problem. Still sink drained real slow, no leaks, everything looked OK, but drained real, real slow. Got wiggling pipes and found the pipe (after the P trap) that picks up shower drain was almost horizontal. Lifted it up, so it was more on an angle and tightened plastic knob and problem fixed. Slip nut had vibrated loose and pipe slipped down.
Keeps us posted. Plumbing mysteries are hard to find sometimes.
