Water leak

Im out of ideas on what to do with this one. Im looking for help. Im camping and using propane and the internal water tank, uing the pump to supply water. My shower is on one side and my toilet and sink are on the other. I got out of the shower yesterday to find a big puddle of water in the toilet room. After troublshooting i found that the water line wet in the belly storage. Those water line led to the sink and not the toilet. I found the top shelf under the sink soaked with water. I cleaned up all the water of course. I tried everything to get the sink to leak. I simulated a shower, pressurized the pump, everything. I could not duplicate the leak. Threw out the day and night i checked to see if it had leaked under pressure of the pump. No leak and the pump never kicked on to indicate a pressure leak. Today i took another shower. The toilet room was dry but under the sink the towel i put down was soaked. Once again on visable evidence of any leak, efverything was dry except the towel. I was thinkin that i may have a vent issue but still where is the water coming from. HELP
