We have a 1999 Fleetwood 30' MH, good condition, have been having a hard time finding a toad for it. We're thinking we'd maybe find a 5th wheel a better fit. We've only taken a few short trips in it...

What are the issues with finding a toad? There are lots of small cars that can be towed four down and can be picked up fairly inexpensively. Having watched many people setting up in campgrounds I think your current 30 ft mh and a toad will be a better choice in regards to ease of setup, but that's just my opinion.
