I bought one of those folding over-the-tire steps and an oversized poly cutting board on the Internet. Drilled 4 holes in the board and through the tube frame of the step, dropped through 4 carriage bolts and snugged it up with some wing nuts. I hang it over the spare tire on my trailer bumper and love it. It is much higher than than Weber cart which is way too low for me. No tools for assembly or disassembly and everything lays flat and stores in the bag that came with the tire step. All in, it cost me about $90 or so, but it is a multi-tasker. The step can still be used for it's original purpose and we can all use an extra plus-sized cutting board at the campsite. I wish the TT wasn't in storage...I'd grab a pic and share it. I'm pretty proud of my little contraption and my buddy has already copied it for his TT.
