Weekend Warrior Electrical Problem - Need Guidance

When I purchased my WW and went on first camp out, it would lose all power when I disconnected from shore power. The alarms would go off. Ended up being the converter box. It took weeks to get the warranty fix. Perhaps the last warranty honored before they went under. It didn't do it when it was in storage but only after I plugged in at my first camp site.
