Weigh issues of garage as art studio
Hi there all you Toy Haulers! I'm wanting to trade my 24' bumper pull for a 36-38' toy hauler 5th wheel, not for the toys, but for my art studio. And I'll be full timing it as I just sold my house....

THs are designed to be towed empty or loaded. The pin weight will be more empty is the only concern but the right truck will be no issue. The pin weight will only vary a few hundred pounds. Most THs are designed to carry 2000-2500 lbs in the garage. A few can carry more. We have a TH & tow it empty or loaded depending on where we plan to camp. We tow it with a one ton duelly & tows about the same either way.
