I wonder if that FAWR you found is for a 2003 f350 6.0. I dont know if they changed. If OP has a 4700 FAWR he is over unloaded. I have a 2002 f350 SRW 7.3 and my FAWR is 5200. My last trip across the scales was with my TT. My front axle weighed 4730. This was fully loaded for camping no tt hooked up. Very similar FAW to the OP.

Fords spec sheet was 80 pages long and the 5200 FAWR didn't show up till around page 50. I read up to about page 20 or so till the F250/F350 specs ran out and jumped to the F450/550 trucks.
