I am looking to see if someone can recommend a welding business so I may have a hitch welded on our fifth wheel. I am in the St. Louis Mo. area.

make SURE whatever shop does it they use TWO crossmembers, generally 2.5 x 2.5 x 3/14 or 1/4" I make all my own hitches.
