Thanks for the responses. I didn't really have a purpose for my post...just an observation and thought I'd share it. God has a funny sense of humor sometimes. I was all prepared to retire...got there on April 4th and everything changed. I didn't want to retire last April...I was forced to retire. I had reached the maximum age and years of service. Someone responded that I should work another 20 years and retire again. Not a bad idea actually. Lets see, if I can find another employer willing to give me a full pension after 20 years service, that would only make me 80 years old. Eighty is the new 60 ya know. I can buy a lot of diapers for myself then with 3 pensions plus my DAV pension plus my SS. No sir...that's not a bad idea at all !!!:B
