He might of fixed that already as he upgraded the thermostat .
it was lack of air flow, same issue I had with my Rage'n. With limited places to put ducts they did not install enough so the air flow was restricted causing furnace to trip off on high limit before the coach is up to temp. easy fix by just adding a second vent next to one that serves the main cabin. It's easy to install.
