I had a 1998 Jayco similar to the one you're looking at, but 2' shorter.
For the camping we did at the time, and for 2 people, it was perfect.
The low headroom for the bedroom was a problem unless your wife has knee problems. I actually liked sliding out of the bed in the morning.
If there are more in the family, I wouldn't think about it.
Got into a few nice state park campsites where taller ones wouldn't fit.
If you like it and there are no problems, I would take it over anything that had a leak.
