Let's not forget that the Sailuns were originally introduced as truck tires with a factory "OK" for trailer use, and a lot of commercial companies were using them on their light/medium trucks. They switched certain models to an ST designation to get around tariffs, otherwise they're the same tire that was used as a truck tire. I'd say it was a d@mn smart move, as they're selling the cr@p out of them and likely making a ton more money by not having to deal with the tariffs.
