Great looking rig drillagent - congratulations.
We changed to Bridgestone R250 tires.
We use a low lube plastic disc on our B&W, but still grease the pin where it contacts the jaws. Also a little bit on the hitch riser rubber pads so I can get some on the front of my shirt rigging up and down.
I carry one of those pincher reach extender dealies to reach the lock pin while standing beside the truck.
