It will depend on how much you want to spend. But I would go for the Cedar Creek - oh wait, I did!! As you can see in my sig, I have the 34RLSA. It would be a little too small for full timing, but is just right for us. Some of the Creeks are very nice and would suit you well for full timing. Take a look at the 36CKTS, or if you like the front living room floor plan (for some reason DW doesn't), the 38FL. Frankly I think that 38FL floor plan is gorgeous, but as usual, I bow to my DW.
My only complaint in 100+ weather is that it takes an hour or two to cool down after setting up. After getting shore power connected, we use the kitchen Fantastic fan to suck the warm air out of the unit for a few minutes, then turn it off and let the ACs do their job. Doing this, one can sit in the camper and be reasonably cool right away, but it does take a hour or so to get the temp down to the 74-72 deg range.
