We just got our unit and all our "hard" mounted. Sounds like a great mod.

Yes the fixed mount only worked with 200x100 and the adapter that came with the new mount made it so I could put a tv with 200x200 on the fixed mount. Also the new mount I got from wally world is removable so I will just have a small piece left on the side of the rv.
