In the process of replacing the floor in the bedroom slide. Apparently had a leak and rotted out the wood up against the slide outer wall. Got it all out and now letting it all dry out. What a pain!!
Found it when I brought the slide it and it wouldn't come all the way in because the anchor had pulled out of the rotten wood. It doesn't appear to be a horrible fix but will take some time and effort to replace the old with some decent marine grade plywood.
Needless to say my better half is exceedingly upset with the quality of construction. Me too, but somehow not terribly surprised. :(
