I'm sure that when the water sloshes against that side the split opens up and spits out water. Going to try to epoxy some light gage angle on the side/top of the tank and see if that helps. I don't mind it leaking a little, have 150 gallons and have never run low, but if going around a lot of mountain roads do loose quite a bit so if I can reduce that loss I'll be satisfied. The alternative is dropping the axles to drop the tank and repair/replace and that is NOT a job I want to do in my driveway.
Recently had ours fixed for the same reason, RV shop fixed ours.
