Didn't think I would ever see this. Michelin XPS Ribs. Tires were 4 1/2 years old. Always checked tire pressure before going. Park under covered parking and park on wood.
I am running the same tires and after 1 year the sidewalls are cracking. Discount tire had an(index)or chart to compare what they consider "excessive" but mine are apparently within spec....You lucked out with the damage that you got from that blow out. Good job on the repair.
