Posted it for sale :)
Wow. You weren't fooling around.
Good luck to you. We sold ours last year and it was quite a chore. I think it took me about ten days to sell my pickup and 3 or 4 months to sell the Warrior. Lots of lookie loos and plenty of weirdos too. One guy drove all the way up from Orange Country and didn't say more than two words or even ask any questions. Another family brought their kids but no diaper bag. Things went sideways and my wife had to take them to our new rig on the other side of the storage yard to clean up the rugrat. I ended up selling it to one of the nicest guys I've ever met. I spent hours with him going over every screw, wire, and tank to show him every quirk. He bought it so his boy who lives with his ex would spend more time with him. Perfect.
You have an advantage since yours is so much newer than mine was. You're in a good location too; your best market is going to be guys at your local base. I had a number of guys drive up from there to take a look at mine, but they didn't have enough free time to deal with the level of DIY maintenance that an older unit like ours would require. The size and age of yours should be a lot easier to sell.
Good luck!
Yeah my wife is pushing hard to get a new one and Ive been looking off and on for the last 3 weeks - we are probably going to go look at a unit that we been keeping tabs on, Sand storm 251GSLC just to make sure it's the one. luckily I kept up with all the minor issues and did some upgrades and is ready for a new family. I know what you mean about weirdos I had a custom truck I sold and same thing. Was a nightmare.
