IF you can afford to do both....great!
Some don't want the burden of maintaining the S&B while full timing...rental headaches, up keep etc.
Some are ready for something different and full time travel in between.
We didn't like what was happening to the area we lived in....loved the house & area but it was being encroached by new development.
So we sold everything and have an exit plan.....GF is just going to shove me out on roadside and travel on :B
Sounds like you aren't really on board with FT'ng " live like gypsies traveling full time in a trailer that will depreciate and become a burden later"
So Snowbirding would be a good option vs FT'ng.
OR just go on short camping trips
That's what's so great.....each situation is dependent on what works for you.
