What do full timers do when too old to drive the rig?

We will never be without a house. There are certain things I can't and don't want to haul around with me and we won't part with them. A garage full of tools that I use and enjoy is among them. The thought of having nothing more than a small trailer to live in the rest of our lives is not appealing. If it works for you fine. We get in about 90 nights a year and do look forward to going home at times.
