What do full timers do when too old to drive the rig?

I am considering building another garage beside my present house. It would be a large enough garage for a couple cars, a truck and fiver with a two bedroom suite up above. For the next few years the suite could be used by visitors. When we get older we might move into the apartment and turn the house over to one of the kids. That way if we want to take off for a month or two or three the place has someone looking after it.
