We are so ruled by our possessions. Then when we die, someone has to go through all that stuff that has absolutely no value to them and dispose of it. Full timing is so freeing. We were living in an area that we knew we would never live in after retirement. The only reason we were there was because our work was there. We sold everything and hit the road. I cannot imagine another life and never want to live in a traditional house again although age and infirmity may require that some day. Yes, we have an exit plan and the funds to execute it. Until then, we are going to enjoy life to the fullest, going where we want to and when we want to. Not for everyone but since the military moved us around so much, we already felt like vagabonds and home was always where you laid down your head at night. Fulltiming RVing was not a big leap for us because of that.
