Peterson Ind does make their own boxed frames. We did a factory tour and they are very impressive. Ours has about 20K miles on it over the past two years and has been mostly trouble free. It is the 3rd Excel we have owned thru the years. We did need to have the large slides adjusted. They do come with a 2 year warranty and after the sale service has been top notch.
Peterson is also making Hitchhikers for NuWa, for sale at Kansas RV. They are made to NuWa specs but might be another consideration.
