what glue or adhesive to glue new paneling over the old

I am putting new panneling into my 93 nomad 5th wheel, I am wondering what would be some good glue/adhesive to use to glue new paneling over the old stuff. The wall frames are aluminum or some kind...

well, finally got some free time to get this project done, what is a good caulking gun to use for the 28 oz tubes, dont look like harbor freight has one.
