Our Winnebago 26FWRKS is a rear kitchen with a ton of counter space and cabinets in a smaller 29' 5'er. With slides in we can still open fridge and get to bathroom and bedroom. Just a couple cabinets can not be opened.
The only thing I would prefer is seating that is across from TV rather than 90 degrees to it. Often instead of sitting on sofa to watch a movie we bring in some chairs to sit in the middle of the living area facing the TV. That is another advantage of rear kitchens. Wide open living rooms with plenty of room.
