We can get to the bedroom, fridge, and bathroom. We can sort of use our u-shaped kitchen but it is a tight squeeze. I always prepare lunch in advance on a travel day and we usually just sit in the truck at a rest stop and eat or if the weather is nice enough, use a picnic area at a rest stop. As full timers, we do not stop on the road to buy groceries so access to the pantry is not required. We have never had a problem locating a place where we could deploy a slide or two for as long as needed and then we retract them for the night. Would never deploy a slide at a rest area or truck stop. We really do not think there is anything dumb about our RV. We love the layout.
