Use Tireman9 tire blog. Its a heck of a lot of reading but he explains why we use max pressures for a tire on a trailer vs a motorhome/truck/suv/etc. Look through all the clickies on the left hand side of his blog. Lots of reading when the snow flies.
Tireman9 (Roger Marble) is on other rv websites and was a member on this web but he has advertising in his sig. Against the rules :R
He has pages and pages on this subject. Some time it would be nice if they were all categorized ....like tires we use on trailers under one heading.
Wouldn't it be easier just to simplify it here. Most likely he has an E rated tire , being a 33' fifth wheel with a GVWR of 14,350. Run max pressure 80 psi ,its a no brainer . If he chooses to upgrade providing he has the wheels for it to a G rated , he could back off a little ,and use a weight chart that say Sailun provides . IMO he doesn't need to read pages of tire jargon :)
