It looks like you live in California. Be aware that if you tow a FW over 15,000 pounds weight rating then you will need a non commercial class A driver's license.
If between 10K and 15K you will need only your normal class C, but you will have to add the RV Fifth Wheel endorsement. There are a lot of threads for this topic if you are not familiar with it.
