What Spare Parts do you carry?

I carry both. The TrailerAid Plus doesn't really help you when you need to change a shackle/leaf spring. Being able to raise/lower the axle with a jack is the easiest way to line up bolt holes. Also, at least for my trailer, the TrailerAid Plus doesn't raise it high enough to put an inflated tire on. Last time I had to dig out the dirt a couple of inches.

Light bulbs
C, D, AA, and AAA batteries
A few electrical fittings
A few tools
Various RG-8 coax jumpers and fitting for the amateur radios
That's about it...

For years, I carried hose clamps, hose repair tape, V-belts, bearings, enough tools to repair bullet holes in an airplane, heater hose, fuel hose, etc.
I never had a need for any of it.
Now, I carry fishing equipment, 2 antenna masts, an HF antenna, a VHF/UHF antenna, lots of coax. you know, the IMPORTANT stuff!

I have discovered that Gorilla Tape is much stronger and stickier then duct tape.

Hand tools,meter,duck tape,wd-40.

Spare tire on rim, a very few fuses, and a few light bulbs. That's enough spares for us.

I carry lots of tools and some spare parts. In both cases most of the time, the part or tool I didn't bring is the one I need.

I can understand that but I won't be "bent over" when traveling so I come prepared as much as possible.

Quality tires are also on my list. Along with all my tools.

I'm retired. Don't have to be anywhere at a set time. So I carry basic tools and a membership to Good Sam's which is good for getting the truck and trailer towed to a repair place. That's all I believe I need.
