Thor CA is out of business. You won't get support from Thor since they shed the company back in 2008. It became MVP which went belly up in 2009. Genesis is now the company occupying the old space with a couple of the original owners of MVP and another is or was part of Pacific Coach Works.
You'll get better support here I think. If you need parts, try a local dealership as they may be able to source the parts. If anything was custom made then you'll need to have it remade.
