Correct, just the hitch. I'd talk some more with your truck dealer, service manager, etc. They can do this, if they want, not that big of a deal. IIRC, the puck kit from Ford ACC is about $500.
If your dealer refuses to install, a truck service center, fabrication shop, trailer sales service center, just need to check around. Don't let back alley Joe work on your new truck!
