What we need to know, going from F150/33' TT to 3/4 Ton FW?

Get a FW with good cargo space because you'll lose a lot of your bed. Beyond that you'll love the way it tows - much nicer than a TT. 3/4 ton or SRW 1 ton is mostly about the badge on the fender and/or compensating for something little in your jeans. They're generally the same or very close to the same, so I'd just make sure you've got the heavy rated wheels/tires and get the best deal you can. Up to the point where you need a DRW, anyway - 4 rear tires versus 2 is a meaningful upgrade.
