I don’t know if it’s been done before or not but I was thinking about keeping a running list of real truck weights by year and type, and trailer weights by brand, size and what the total combined weig...

There is a full-timer from Arizona who weighs vehicles by using portable scales.
You drive an axle onto a pair of scales and keep going until you have TV and Trailer weights and pin weight.
When you have the weights he gives you a spreadsheet with the numbers and lets you know how safe you are.
