What's Your Recommendation for Tires?

Our 2006 Mobile Suites currently has Goodyear LT 235/85R16 tires. Time to purchase new tires. I found:

Discount Tire
Carlisle Radial Trail RH Trailer Tire
Size ST235/85R16E1 125 B
Load Range E1
Speed Rating N/A
Price is: $193 each

    Don't the Mobile Suites have 8000# axles??
    Aren't those Goodyear Tires 'G' rated (G614s)??????

    You don't want to go with ANY 'E' tire due to weight of that rig.

    You either get Goodyear G614s or upgrade to 17.5" tires/rims.....like what came on the Elite Suites

    Oh, sorry if I opened up a can of worms. New to this Forums so I guess I have a lot more to learn about the culture here. Was previously an Airstream RV'er and understood the dynamics there, guess I have some time to learn the culture here.

    For that coach I would upgrade to the last tire you will need get a set of 17.5 inch tires and wheels and end your worries about tires..

    I would go with the Michelin LT tires on mine. I think the extra $30 per tire is money well spent. I will be putting LT tires on mine in a couple of years. Good luck with your decision.
