What should it cost to have this done! Double axle! Last time I had it done, it was $200.00. I went to a dealer and they wanted 269.00? Thinking that's high! Any thoughts, other than do it myself, ...

I last had mine done at Goodyear store for $75.00 per axle. That was about 3 years ago. It ain't "RV Specific" so any good tire store should be able to do it for you. Oh, they did my boat trailer too.
