What should it cost to have this done! Double axle! Last time I had it done, it was $200.00. I went to a dealer and they wanted 269.00? Thinking that's high! Any thoughts, other than do it myself, ...

Every area is very different. My RV dealer charged $125 two years ago for two axles but I buy there & been dealing with then for years & their labor rate is only $65 hour.
