- RoyBExplorer IIBe sure you know the county laws for the area you are buying land. They may not allow structures like this... etc Check first what you can build on your land before buying...

bumpy - korbeExplorerDoesn't seem too difficult for someone with some construction background. It actually seems to make sense for a location to add a room - or make one bigger. The joined edges (all 4) would be the key in making them air & water tight.
