You're in Dairy Valley (AKA: Cerritos), so check for independent hitch installers in the industrial areas of:
Long Beach, Santa Fe Springs, Bellflower, Norwalk, etc.
Also Ekharts in WLA (been there for years and years)
Hitch Crafters in Costa Mesa would be another to check with.
