Where is "level" determined on a fifth wheel?
Or in my case, a gooseneck horse trailer? What is the place a manufacturer base the placement of the levels off of if I were to double check?

Refridgerator needs level to operate and wife needs stove level to cook. Luckily they are usually right next to each other and ours is in the middle of the 5er.
